A few of his early career positions included operations and supply chain consulting with Accenture and Deloitte Consulting, plant manager at Taylor Environmental Consultants, a $20 million scientific instrument manufacturer near Asheville, North Carolina, and CEO & President of SigmaFlow, a cloud-based process management software company in Plano Texas, and CEO & President of Freightflow, a cloud-based Transportation Management Solution (TMS) software company is Reno Nevada.

Jay Holstine also provides consultations to business leaders at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., where he is the Chair of a CEO Peer Advisory Board. After growing a software company for 12 years, uncovering new markets, and ultimately selling it, Jay wanted to develop Leaders, help them make better decisions, help them grow their companies.
